About PWI
In 2000-2001, owner Pam Cooley started a small company geared towards providing specialized commercial construction final cleaning services to local contractors.
Specializing in making new buildings move-in ready, Pam built on her experience and knowledge and constantly added services that her clients asked for. Floor care, carpet care, window cleaning, pressure washing and then residential services for discriminating homeowners.
After hiring husband, Aaron “Cujo” Cooley, away from his day job in 2004, the company added industrial cleaning, construction and repair services, and vacuum/jetter truck services. In 2006, Pam formed Pressure Wash Inc. In the same year, Cujo formed a consulting business geared towards helping other contractors learn to be just as successful and PWI.
Growth has been steady and substantial under Pam’s leadership and the company enjoys the fruit of doubling annual sales almost each year since inception.
Currently Pam oversees the different divisions of PWI;
- Pressure Wash Inc. – Commercial & industrial power wash and cleaning services
- Pam’s Pressure & Clean – Residential pressure wash and deck care services
- Jet-Vac Drain Maintenance – Municipal, industrial, and commercial vacuum/jetter truck services
